QUESTIONS

RUNNING LATE
We try to offer a grace period of 10-15 minutes for tardiness. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled/adjusted. These appointments are subject to the same cancellation fees outlined above.
PLEASE reach out if you find you will be running late so we can make the proper adjustments and to know you’re on your way!
Keep in mind that some shorter appointment durations (ie: waxing) make it difficult to offer a grace period without affecting other guests. Your punctuality is appreciated!
REFUNDS
If you are experiencing any challenges with your hair or skin after your service, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to make adjustments at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds on services. All product and gift card sales are final.

CHILDREN
Children are NOT permitted in the studio unless they are receiving a service

RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS
We require 48 Hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Any appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 20% rescheduling fee
Same Day cancellations and NO SHOWS are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total, and must be paid prior to booking future appointments
Frequent cancellations and reschedules are not sustainable for our business or for the nature of the services we provide, and may result in us needing to part ways professionally. Thank you in advance for valuing both of our time and booking consciously


The studio is appointment only
While we both have regular scheduled working hours, they are always subject to change.
It is also possible for the door to be locked when a closed door spa service is being performed. If you need anything outside of a scheduled appointment, please reach out to Megan or Ranee to make sure somebody will be there and be able to assist you
OPERATING HOURS

Gift cards are available for Megan and Ranee, and must be purchased for the specific service provider you are wanting to redeem it with.
Physical gift certificates are available in the studio, or virtual gift cards can be purchased and gifted via email.
GIFT CARDS/RETAIL
We have a select amount of retail (skincare and haircare) available in our waiting area. Experience a product you love and we don’t have it in stock? Please let us know and we would be happy to order/ find it for you!

Just one block from Monument Square, (follow the mural behind Teabaggers Cafe)
There is a private lot directly across the street. Under the tree you will find 2 spaces reserved for Citrine Studio!

Feel free to also use the street parking whenever available, including the handicapped space directly in front.

Umm, YEAH!
We always have an assortment of candy, snacks (both sweet and savory), and tons of drink options in our mini fridge. HELP YOURSELF!
You are also more than welcome to bring in/ order/doordash anything to the Studio! We know some appointments can be long/ run right into meal times.
Please make your time at Citrine your own, including bringing your headphones, laptop, or the new book you can’t put down.
